Olga Lytvynova has been immersed in the Software Quality Assurance field since 2017, initially starting as a Software Quality Assurance Analyst and subsequently advancing to the Software Quality Assurance Manager role. Throughout her career journey, she obtained Certified Scrum Master and Certified Product Owner certifications, actively fulfilling those roles in her professional endeavors.

Recently, Olga has eagerly embraced her new position as the Director of Quality Assurance at ESP. In this capacity, she is determined to ensure the delivery of top-notch software products by establishing and upholding effective quality assurance processes and standards that align seamlessly with the company's software development objectives.

In addition to her quality assurance responsibilities, Olga oversees ESP's Scrum Processes, playing a crucial role in propelling the success of their products and guiding the team to deliver exceptional solutions.
